This paper mainly studies the vibration of the compressor outlet BC- 3231. BC- 3231 for the 1.2 million tons of daqing petrochemical construction and construction method of NMP butadiene extraction unit of recycle gas compressor, the machine is dry type screw compressor, screw 4:6 teeth, Yin and Yang, of about 3000 RPM, power 1500 kw, KOBELCO products to Japan, and the unit put into operation in September 2012.From the unit put into operation in September 2012 to August 2013 before the repair, there are two unplanned parking caused by compressor export pipeline leak, because 2 position for the first time temperature casing roots were broken, the second time because the vibration cause 2 position to take over and branch pipe welding crack, at the same time take over near the weld fusion line through the crack. In August 2013 the export pipeline, after driving unit characterized by vibration meter in the pipe section, cause over 10 position and branch pipe socket fillet weld cracking and take over ontology craze.The purpose of this study is to analyze the compressor export vibration of internal cause and external cause, the export pipeline process and layout optimization, under the premise that meet the requirements of the stress, minimize the export pipeline vibration. Put forward the concrete measures and reduce the pipeline vibration, determine each instrument to take over the location and layout, reduce the control of vibration level to avoid over fatigue damage. Focus on line and support on the stress calculation and analysis of vibration response analysis was carried out on the thermowell, ensure the casing in the drive and normal production meet the strength requirement.
