Study On Traffic Structure For Big Cities' Passenger Based On Sustainable Development

Sustainable development is a new concept of development,accepted by peopleall around the world,which is the results of long think and explore forthemselves.With continuous increase of economy in our country, continuouslydeepen in urbanization,big cities are faced with the problems such as trafficcongestion,traffic accidents ,air pollution and so on,which have already restrictedthe sustainability of urban society ,economy and entironment. Urban passengertransportation is an important condition for the development of urban society andeconomy,but how to achieve sustainable development of urban passengertransportation is a new problem and of great value of research.On the basis of theories of sustainable development and sustainable citytransportation ,the effect of city transportation on sustainable development of thecity is expounded,and this paper analyzes the motive mechanism of sustainabledevelopment for cities.The require for traffic structure is analyzed.It is come outthat there are some advantages much more beyond other transport form the angle ofcharacter by making a comparison between various model in big cities;and then,thecapacity of sustainable development between various models is analysed byimproved analytic hierarchy process from the angle of quantity;Combined withexperience of overseas big cities traffic,the traffic model suited to our country isgiven out.A macroscopical optimizing model of traffic structure is set up based onsustainable development ,and the usability of the model is proved by realexample.Finally, combined experience of overseas big cities with the specificsituation in our country,some advices for big urban traffic transportation are givenout.Based on the above idea,this paper has six chapters, the main contents asfollowing:Chapter one, the introduction. Firstly, it discusses the research context and thesignification about this article, and then simply introduces the current status indomestic and overseas. Finally, the content of this article is concluded.Chapter two,the summarization of urban transportation sustainabledevelopment.First,the basic theories of sustainable development was brieflyexpounded;then the meaning of urban transportation sustainable development wasintroduced;third, the motive mechanism of sustainable development for cities wasanalyzed;finally,the require for traffic structure is analyzed.Chapter three,study on structure model for big cities passenger trafficdevelopment on sustainable development. It is come out that there are someadvantages much more beyond other transport form the angle of character bymaking a comparison between various model in big cities;and then,the capacity ofsustainable development between various models is analysed by improved analytichierarchy process from the angle of quantity.Combined with the successfulexperience of overseas big cities traffic,it was pointed out that the traffic modelsuited to our country should be developed by taking rail transit as thebackbone,normal public transportation as body, walk and bike assupplyment,reasonably guiding to make use of private car,proper limitlydeveloping taxi,building urban intregated trasportat system.Chapter four,study on structure optimization for big cities passenger trafficbased on sustainable development.Based on the analysis of the need for transportstructure ,the mathematical programming model of transport structure optimizationis established,the constraints of this model are traffic demand,environmentalcapacity,resources etc,the objective of this model is maximization utilization of thetraffic function.The results of optimization using this model provided the decisionevidences for urban passenger transport model structure.Changchun city is ancalculation example ,and the avaiablity is proved by this example.Chapter five,give some advices for big cities traffic sustainable developmentin our country.Based on the analysis of successful experiences in overseas big citiestransportation development,combined with the condition in our country,we givesome advices on sustainable development in big cities passenger transportationsystem.Chapter six, the conclusion and expectation. The main investigation task andconclusion of this dissertation was summarized, and presents questions that need tobe further researched in the future as well.There is something new in this dissertation as the following:(1) Aimed at the problem of AHP in traditional ,and improve it;(2) The sustainable capability of various models were comprehensivelyevaluated by improved analytic hierarchy process (IAHP),and the results ofevaluation provided the decision evidences for urban passenger transport modelinvestment list.Conbined overseas experiences with the condition in ourcountry ,development model suited to big cities traffic structure was given out;(3) Optimization model was built for big cities transport structure andempirical evidence was carried through.The results of optimization provided thedecision evidences for urban passenger transportl strncture;(4) Some advices are given for big cities traffic sustainable development inour country...
