《The Theoretical Study And Design Practice Of Sustainable Residential Based On SI System》

The theory of sustainable development is based on present while looking at the future and its aim is to seek for a larger space of the survival and development for descendants. Based on catering to the contemporary concept of sustainable development, focusing on the transformation of housing construction and solving the housing problems of short life in our country, as well as one part of "twelfth five-year" national science and technology support plan (2012BAJ16B01), the study in this paper is mainly about the sustainable housing which is based on the SI system.The paper put forward the sustainable housing based on SI system, of which the basis is sustainable development and whole life cycle. It is comprehensive residential that is to adhere, to the ecological, economic, social sustainability, outstanding technology sustainability, eventually to achieve residential longevity. Through building a complex housing system by the theoretical study, this paper complete the localization sustainable housing design. In this paper, the SI system research mainly includes the background, the theory and practice basis, the origin and the development, the sustainable design project, and the construction of sustainable housing and longevity of sustainable housing design practice.First of all, this paper gives a comprehensive analysis on the background of sustainable development construction and discusses the interactive relationship between the SI system and the sustainable housing. As the new generation of21st century residential building system under the concept of sustainable development, SI system caters to the policy of sustainable development. At the same time, the sustainable residential design and construction also choose SI system as a carrier of itself spontaneously.Secondly, this paper summarizes the formation and connotation of the SI system through the research of the basis of the theory and practice and development of SI system. Also this paper studies the sustainability of the SI system by four sub topics, including longevity and durability of skeleton, variable living space, key technology and adaptability infill.At last, this paper put forward the integrated building system of sustainable housing and summarizes the target system, principle system, organization system widely and deeply. By the project of the century housing, the research of theory achieves transformation into practice. The accumulation of the experience and research results of long-life resident and technology integration could eventually establish integrated system of residential building which is suit for the conditions and technical development level of China, and leading the construction and development of sustainable housing.
