The load of the Rolling Impact Compaction Machine traction engine has thecharacteristic of randomness and circulation, and a wide rage of amplitudeincreases with the increasing of the velocity of engine. A few brief pinnacleloads would be found in each circulation, which are about 50-60% larger thanthe average load or even more. It is caused by non-round section of the RollingImpact Compaction Machine wheel. The characteristic of this load is differentfrom the load of automobile, farming and engineering vehicle. It has adisadvantage that the Rolling Impact Compaction Machine can not be towed bytractor or other engineering vehicle. If the choice is improper, the utility rate ofthe traction engine power would be low or the engine can not work well evendestroy the Power-Transmission System.In this paper, evaluation parameters of the property of engine on thedynamic condition are put forward on the basis of analysis of the characteristicof load of Rolling Impact Compaction Machine and its influences. The evidencefor selecting Traction Engine of Rolling Impact Compaction Machine and thePower-Transmission System is provided. Then static traction performance of theTraction Engine is modeled and simulated by computer with modern simulationdesign method, and then the evaluation parameter is put forward at the sametime. Then dynamic simulation modeling of the Traction Engine is discussedwith modularization theory. The Power-Transmission System is modeled and thedynamic simulated system is set up with Matlab/Simulink known as fashionedmodeling and simulating software, and the correction of the model is tested.Finally, each function modularization is integrated at the platform of Matlab .The integrated simulation system is programmed for Rolling ImpactCompaction Machine. Static and dynamic performance simulation of therespective working condition of Rolling Impact Compaction Machine isprocessed, and then the conclusion of evaluation is given.
