After studyed the requirements of the technology & equipmentcontrolling in bus frame painting process, the train of thought that adoptedembedded network system to solve the problem of automatic controlling inbus frame painting process is brought forward in this paper. Then,designing its network system, all hardware module of host (PC) system,workstation (Sigle-Chip Computer) system and bottom control system;thecollectivity framework of the system software of host system, workstationsystem and all software module;expatiating its target of system reliability;analyzing the factor that affecting system reliability (include: interinor factor,environment factor, man-made factor);introducing the way for enhancingsystem reliability ( hardware redundancy technicy, software redundancytechnicy) and for treating the disturbing problem in this task;sum up thetrait of this embedded system in hardware and software;analyzing thebenefit of economy & society after running this system.This bus frame painting electric controlling system developing by ushas the better reliability, practicability;the way can be used in otherembedded system. Also this system has some expansibility;it can bejointed into bigger intranet. Results of actual test running in this line arehighly satisfactory. The project has achieved its aim and is completed onschedule.
