The paper introduces systematically the designing and developing process of hard and soft wares of electricity-heat pot's mechanical and electrical control system. Firstly, it puts forward a reasonable solving plan to overcome the shortcoming and some hidden danger of the traditional cookers. Secondly, it centers around the single-chip computer AT89C52, and adopts the designing method of embedded system and the technology of computer control, and it realizes the automatic operation and safety monitor and control of automatic electricity-heat pot, thus, it can get the same cooking results at various atmospheric pressure. Taking the ideal temperature as the control target so as to suit for all kinds of atmospheric pressure, it gets rid of the side effect of atmospheric pressure to it.The automatic electricity-heat pot adopts the unique mechanical and electrical design which simplifies the operation process and saves energy and time; it is a complete monitor and control system which detects the following breakdowns: overheat, overpressure, the damage of components, water shortage, short circuit, electricity leakage, misoperation. It forms a set of practical methods of automatic electricity-heat pot design, and provides references for the research and development of the other automatic electricity-heat cookers.The automatic electricity-heat pot has advantages of safety and cooking automation, reducing labor intensity , it also gets rid of the terrible smell and is advantageous to the food hygiene.
