The Research Of Network Detecting Technology For Bearing Manufacture Based On The Contemporary Integrated Manufacturing System

The bearing industry is a basal industry, which to relate the national economy and the people's livelihood. Compares with the overseas advanced technologies, the way of detection for products' quality and the management pattern in the bearing industry of our country still has many insufficiencies. The behindhand technology and the management way already enabled some advanced manufacture methods to display its efficiency. In order to change this status, improve the quality of products, enhance the competitive ability of enterprises in the international market, the research of network detecting technology based on the Contemporary Integrated Manufacturing System (CIMS) for bearing manufacture is necessary.Unifies the computer science, the network technology and the automatic detection technology, bases on the CIMS theory;this article describes the design of the system in details. The system can detect bearings on-line even with many local machines together, and carry on the analysis work to check on the product's quality. The LCD in local will display the solution. The clients and the local machines are connected by the network, so that the transportation of data can be carried out between them. The managers and the technicians also can realize the real-time control and monitoring through the network. The management information system will cause the enterprises' management mode to take a fundamental change, which will be very helpful for enterprises to increase the efficiency in management and the quality of products.This advanced design thought will provide great support and impulse for the enterprises to innovate and develop.
