Realization And Study On Automation Electric Monitor Based On POWER SCADA System

Automation system of electric monitor , which is the base for electric operation, is more and more concerned widely because it is reliability and high efficiency. The level of the electric power supply technology influences directly the operation security of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company, which is the largest oil refining and chemical industry in west China. So the reconstruction of this system is practical significance in order to ensure operation security of electric power and improve automation level of electric power.To ensure the operation security of this system, the plan of reconstruction of automation electric monitor system is made in this paper by investigating the automation electric monitor system in power plant of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company and understanding the function and characteristic of VI-S2000 POWER SCADA. The twin computers and twin networks is introduced in the first central transformer substation. To make certain the operation stability of networks, the twin internet servers adopt host-spare redundancy technology and these servers' interval level bus can be switched by NPORT device, which overcomes the uncertainty of single channels. Operation platform can be shared by other subsystems, i.e. large screen projection system, device operation system, real time running management system and so on, which are optional.Power simulation system, which adopts the method of setting up graphics model, possesses robustness, real time, opening, reliability and compatibility. The system is used mainly for training the operators. Thus they can master the operation of the transformer substation, such as man-machine communication, basic operation, and operation rules and so on, so that they operate skillfully, and treat the faults quickly. In order to understand the simulation system, the function of this system, the theory of this model, and the software, i.e. ADMIRE and VODDT, should be mastered. Furthermore, the simulation system may be used for scientific research, teaching and training of maintenance man.
