Analyse of structure elastic-plastic, used in aseismatic area of civil engineering, is one of the most new and advanced structure analyse methods. The article focus on the using of the method for structure aseismatic reinforcing, aims to truly analysis of structure aseismatic performance and precisely fix of weak position, then economical, safety and credible reinforcing effect can be achieved.the main conclusion are as follows:1 , The basic theories of structure fixing are studied and the application of aseismatic theory in the structure reinforcing design is intorduced.2, The basic theories of statical feature elastic-plastic method are studied and the analysis program used in the thesis is introduced.3, The basic theories of dynamic elastic-plastic method are studied and the analysis program used in the article is introduced.4Detailed elastic analysis and elastic-plastic analysis of a workshop frame are carried out, and the results are contrasted.5, Through the analysis of the concrete engineering ,the article pointed out the superiority of elastic-plastic analysis method used in structure reinforcing,and put forward some attentive question when the method was used in reinforcing design.In the thesis,some relative theory of elastic-plastic were summarized and studied,work instance was analyzed detailedly.Based on varied analysis result, force status and secure performance of structure can be determined,then reasonable and feasible reinforcing design can be made.It fully embodied the guiding idea of advanced theory, precise calculation, feasible reinforcement, both economical, reasonable and on the safe side,deserving use for reference and generalization.At the same time , precise structure elastic-plastic analysis method created advantage for the performance-based design method, an advanced aseismatic design method.
