As the hot issue in the field of Civil Engineering,outer-jacketing frame for storey-adding has been carried out practically and researched theoretically at home and abroad.Based on a new outer-jacketing frame for storey-adding that takes pre-stressed profiled reinforced-steel concrete beams(PSRCB)as frame beam and concrete-filled steel tubular core columns as frame columns,this thesis conducts elastic-plastic seismic response under rare earthquake.In this way,a design proposal that prevents this type of frame from collapse under rare earthquake is proposed,which plays certain theoretical research significance and engineering practical value.By means of IDARC,this thesis firstly implements nonlinear analysis on one truss single-story single-span prestressed steel reinforced concrete beam-composite model framework of concrete-filled steel tubular core column,and then suggests the degradation parameters of components.Afterwards,on the basis of large-scale finite element analysis software ANSYS,the parameterized design language(APDL)and numerical calculation Matlab language are adopted.Meanwhile,combining with the characteristics of outer-jacketing frame for storey-adding,the internal force calculation and reinforcement calculation program are prepared for PSRCB of outer-jacketing frame for storey-adding,which can adjust corresponding anti-seismic streghtening measures according to engineering needs.Thirdly,two strong earthquake records and one synthetic record are selected so as to carry out time-history analysis on the outer-jacketing frame for storey-adding framework under rare earthquake that is designed with reference to current design standards.Finally,the analysis results show that some of the outer-jacketing frame for storey-adding frameworks will collapse under the influence of an 8 grade rare earthquake.It is suggested that in the 8 grade anti-seismic fortification zone,the bottom layer height of original framework structure with anti-seismic grade 2 shall be no more than 14.4m,and the number of storey-adding layers shall not exceed 4 layers.In addition,moment augment factor of column and anti-seismic structure measures shall apply A grade anti-seismic frame.
