| Most of high pressure boiler feed pumps being used in large capacity and high parameter thermal power units (200MW~1000MW) are in the structure of double casings and tubes . The inner pump (also called the core of pump) is then divided into multi-stage sectional one and volute one. This thesis mainly discusses the research, development and design of high pressure boiler feed pumps that are double casing with large capacity, in which impeller distribute in the direction and inner casings have horizontal opens . The thesis also discusses the originality of the pumps in structure and the advanced features of the hydraulic model. The pumps have such advantages as high efficiency, running stably and reliably, assembling conveniently. This thesis introduces the advanced structures of this kind of pumps, hydraulic calculation, and technical methods to the key problems of enhancing performances, improving characteristic curves and keeping in running stably and reliably in the process of research. This thesis also lists the technical contrast to abroad pumps of the same type ones. The technical contrast to and economical profit are also listed in the thesis . |
