Shotcrete machine is widely used as construct equipment in underground engineering, geotechnical engineering and municipal engineering, which uses compressed air or other powers to transport concrete mixture at certain rate to the nozzle along the adjutage, and spray it on the wall vertically at a high speed and form it all kinds of concrete by the continuous bump between the cement and osteoma during the process of spraying.The paper is a study on the vibratory feeding system of wet shotctete machine. The TK500 wet shotcrete machine is selected as a prototype and analyzed with the theory of vibration, the work is done as follows: The movement equations of two freedom degree and three freedom degree of the machine are established; 3-D finite element model of the feeding system is established, and the dynamic characteristic is analyzed with ANSYS, which is a finite element analyse (FEA) software;The boundary condition and structure characteristic of the feeding system are analyzed, some entities are used as the equivalent of the bracket and discreted, so that a practically effective finite element model of the feeding system is established;The inherent frequency and vibrancy are got by the modal analyse of the finite element model of feeding system, and a primary evaluation to the feeding system is done, meanwhile, the frequency of probably sympathetic vibration is provided;The displacement response of the hopper that is caused by the harmonicforce of the vibratory motor is explored on the base of the Modal Analysis. Study the vibration of the different region of the hopper and analyze whether it leads to the resonance for coupling by contrast with the frequency of the Modal Analysis;The dynamic characteristic of the feeding system has been comprehended based on the Modal Analysis and Harmonic Response Analysis. And bring forward the optimum method of the feeding system.A new project of vibratory feeding system is carried out, i.e. a inserted vibrator is used in the concrete to vibrate the mixture. The method gives up the traditional feeding mode, in which feeding is implemented by the vibration of the hopper. Then the seal problem of flexible connection between the hopper and vehicle-body is solved thoroughly; meanwhile, the work efficiency of the machine is improved and the flexibility to concrete is meliorated.
