In the building process of concrete construction, transport and sprinkle concrete is a key work. In order to keep the lower building cost, Its request is quick, in time, promise quality and lower the labor depletion. The concrete pumps is the construction equipments that depends on pressure through a pipes to transport concrete, it can continuously transport concrete from the fixure to the jobsite through the horizontal or vertical steel pipes, that is an ideal method in the equipments. Now, the piston type hydraulic concrete pump is the most extensively used in the jobsite. The invention of the concrete pump has already had the history of more than 80 years. The German obtained the patent right of the concrete pump first in 1907. The American Comell Kee designed made also one set song stalk machine type concrete pump in 1913, but the machine didn't used. The German Fritz Hell designed successfully the first concrete pump in 1927. To the mid 50's, the Torkret company of Germany designed the first concrete pump that depended the water to transport power, the new technology bought the concrete pump into a new stage. The Schwing company of Germany produced a whole hydraulic concrete pump in 1959. the concrete pump with the truck was invented in the mid 60's. The our country began to import the concrete pump in 50's, until 80's the concrete equipment began to obtain a bigger development in China. Research and develop the concrete the pump in 90's, and obtain huge success in marketing and technology. Now, the R & D of concrete pumps has already neared to advanced level in world. For satisfying the concrete of the more far higher distance to transport with the demand of construct the work progress, the future trend of concrete pump is to transport higher pressure and bigger flow. The assign valve locates at the hooper, the concrete cylinder and transport pipes, that is the key parts of the piston type concrete pump. The quality of the assigns valve influences the usage function, such as block up the pipes, the capacity efficiency and working reliability etc. and also influences directly the overall design of the concrete pump. The future trend of hydraulic system is impact small, respond quickly, higher reliability, lower voice, economy energy and the highly efficiency. The optimal control system can make the concrete pump the breakdown rate declines to during the period of work lowest. This thesis apply the method of the flow mechanics to research the concrete, the concrete transported in the pipes can been see as Bingham pillar flow, analyzing the concrete characteristic can been deliver the frame of reference. The research applies as a result with all tube type allotment valves, such as the S tube valve, the skirt valve, the C type valve and the glasses type valve etc. The research result of thesis is good expandable value physically.
