Recently, railway transport has being developed quickly, more and more quasi-high speed trains are dived into running and high-speed trains are under test. It supplies much more convenient, quick and comfortable vehicle for passengers.At the same time, it is strict for manufacture of vehicle with high techniques. Bogie is running components of vehicle. The running performance of the bogie decides largely the running stability and safety of vehicle. Loading test, parameters inspection, adjustment and performance inspection must be done to both new bogies and the bogies overhaul. Because the structure of high-speed trains bogie is complex, there are difference between the factual value of production and the academic value of design in every performance parameter of bogie. The bogies often can not meet requirement of design performance after worked out. Furthermore, because of various measure items, the surveyors must have good technic. At the present time, measure techniques of railway vehicle manufacturer is underdeveloped, and worker's labor are heavy. The trains need running test after measurement. Only eligible trains are allowed to organize into groups and operation. For above, a synthetic performances test system for high-speed passenger car's bogie is brought forward. This test system can simulate running conditions of bogie, can automatically measure bogie. Eligible bogies are organized into groups directly and operation. This can reduce expense, ease worker's labour and technical requirements. It is wide for use foreground. In order to adapt the development requirements of high-speed trains and enhance the measurement technic of domestic vehicle manufacturer. We accept the commission of China North Locomotive Combine Tangshan Locomotive Company ,empolder and manufacture bogie compositive test-bed. This tst-bed system adopted advanced electro-hydraulic proportion control technology and automatic measure technology. Manipulator can complete complex test process only by control several buttons and educe measure results. Finally complete adjustive operation by measure results。It is designed from frame mechanical strength analyse, hydraulic pressure load control system and measuring system etc. three aspects by analyzing the structure of passenger trainset bogie and inspective aspects. Firstly, strength and deformation proofread analyse of different operating conditions shall be done to mechanical part of test-bed, ensure the reliability of mechanical system; Analyse is done to hydraulic pressure and its control system, enhance control precision of hydraulic pressure system by adopting electro-hydraulic proportion technology for controlling of hydraulic pressure system; Analyse is done to the model of electro-hydraulic servo control system load by bogies,and gain its transfer function.By adopting laser to measure the distance and raster to measure displacements, achieve automatism and compositive-measuring of test process. Finally,we educed test data ,analysed test result and validated whether we achieve design task by a complete set of equipment was carried through function test. This article separate into 5 chapter. Chapter 1first expatiate the actuality of china railway transport and the development trend of china and world railway transport for the future. Bring forward the development questions of high speed and over loading trains which urgently demand to solve. Loading test, parameters inspection, must be done to both new bogies and the bogies overhaul as running components of vehicle. This article introduce the domestic and foreign actuality which study and empolder bogie compositive test-bed , and the basal structure of bogie. Bring forward the disquisitive content. Chapter 2 confirm the questions and function which bogie compositive test-bed need to solve and affirm. by the analysis of bogie test requirements and main technic parameter. Found generalframework block diagram and system framework block diagram of bogie compositive test-bed. Mainly introduce systemic work theory in systemic function introduction, analyse its work theory and realization process on academic points, and bring forward main work flow of system. This is main basic of system design. Chapter 3 first introduce general structure of test-bed, point out main parts which affect test precision is frame in mechanism structure. Systemic analyse is done to frame structure, and analyse is done to mechanical strength of frame in various conditions. Conclusion is enduced that the stress in work state is less than material allowable stress and the distortion is lesser for this frame. Finally conclusion is enduced that mechanical parts meet system requirements by measuring mechanical parts in fact conditions. Chapter 4 is emphases of this article. First discuss work theory of bogie compositive test-bed and its control system in detail from its hydraulic pressure load system technic requirements. Detail theory analysis and study is done to power control system and displacement control system. Bring forword independent closed loop control scheme which adopt two hydraulic pressure units by independent parallel connection control and power control system and displacement control system are detached. Improve the control precision and predigest control scheme. Analysis is done to power control system of electro-hydraulic proportion decompression valve on emphases, the power control system model of electro-hydraulic proportion decompression valve is founded to bogie load, gain its transfer function. Hydraulic pressure system scheme of bogie compositive test-bed which adopt two valve feedback control enhance control precision. Pressure sensor and displacement sensor which is installed on jar can accurately measure system press and piston displacement of hydraulic pressure system, provide credible guarantee for closed achieving loop control of press and piston displacement. Finally, measurement is done to hydraulic pressure infliction system , practice prove that applications of hydraulicpressure infliction system is successful , achieve the function requirements of test system. Chapter 5 detailedly discuss measure theory and component function of system by function analysis of test-bed measure system. Because there are quite objects which need to measure, component of measure system are more complex, content of this chapter confirm main test component's technic index according to the requirements of measure system ,and choose type to main component。 Bogie compositive test-bed has been applied in production process of bogies in China North Locomotive Combine Tangshan Locomotive Company. The test-bed Applications of this test-bed fill up blank of loading test and parameters inspection during domestic bogies assembly process, It is more importance that significative attempt was done for developing next bogie dynamic test.
