Diesel working process simulation computation is a valid method of researching diesel. We can understand combustion characteristic in cylinder through simulation computation. The foundation is KTVA-3V. in this paper, we compute cylinder pressure curve, heat release curve, temperature curve and we analyse the experiment results. Through simulation computation of 135 Dl-engine and compared with practical results, we find them almost same. So we can regard this model and computation method is correct and support the research of similar diesel. In the aspect of simulation computation ,This paper describes parallel research and solution of a subroutine of KTVA serial programme in detail. This method adapts MPI programme environment and two computers are used to improve the efficiency. Thus, we can make use of otiose computers to compute together. Then the computing time is saved and the efficiency is improved. In the aspect of experiment data dealing, this paper describes how to use AVL combustion analysis apparatus to analyse combustion process. The experiment deals with in-cylinder pressure curve which collects by data collecting apparatus. The errors which produced by channel effect are reduced and so the results is more accurate. The above is innovation. The simulation analyse of combustion process and experiment is focus in recent years and brings convenience to us greatly. The parallel method describing in the paper has actual meanings, it can make use of otiose computers and computes KIVA programme expediently. However AVL combustion can elmuator to parameters in diesel actually. All these impel the development in this field and the combustion process analyse has more accurating meanings.
