Study On The Conserve Management Of Raiseing Speed Railway

As the raising speed of railroad in our country,it heightens the request of the equipment of railway track and usually conserveing.It is necessary and urgent for us to strengthen the management of the railway track conserveing,because there is disparity in management mechanism of track maintaining and technology level.Based on the analysis and demonstration,some thoughts are put forward about strengthening maintenance and management of railway raised speed. Main ideas given in the paper: 1, In management mechanism of track maintaining First, actually conserveing period is requested.On the base of the reference of track total passing weight, the analysing methods of engineering analogy and economy life-span are put forword.Second, conserveing mechanism is reformed. Enterprise mechanism and opration mode are enhanced. New mode, "patrol and maintenance divided separated ", is put out.Third, this mode of "conserveing in time window" is used. And organizing mechanizing conserveing modal is demonstrated.2, In the constructing of management information system of railway track It is analyzing the necessity and feasibility of management information system.The structure of the management information system of railway track is raised, which mentions conception,function and the design of the soft and disc,in the same time, the suggestions of constructure and management of this system are put forward.3, In apply of new technology in the maintenance of railway track. In the paper ,there are a series of advanced technologies,such as database technique, sketch processing technique, network technique, the calculator assistance evaluation.The track checking cars and other advanced facilities are used in order to improving the track maintenance quality and increase the technology content of the equipment.Some technology research is got in this paper, through intergrating the all sections resource, developing the enthusiasm of all the people,using advancedmanagement method,relizing information management,raising supervision ability and respondent ability.Thus this can be reference for some railway department.
