After the sixth speed increasing on railway since2006, the high-speed passenger trains and low-speed freight trains have achieved cooperation on the same line, but the over weight freight also caused damages on orbital components and geometry state of the track strongly. This is not corresponding with the requirement of high track irregularity on high-speed passenger trains. The railway sector has made a lot of exploration on the vehicles motion, and has achieved a lot of equipment renovation methods and valuable experience. But a large number of time is still required on track maintenance without more work capacity. How to adapt to the development of railway transportation, and improve the quality of line equipment repair constantly, as well as achieve dynamic and static balance and scientific management of the implement circuit equipment is still a problem in front of us.This passage discussed the problem mentioned above based on the fact that existed line can’t meet the needs of the line change. Especially a set of line equipment checking principles are put forward, corresponding with the features of existed line equipment and management. Besides, the line quality assessment method and maintenance principle are given through three parts including the segment, workshops and team. In addition, the track disease analysis mechanism is also established by summrise the problems of the dynamic and static equipment checking.The introduction of disease classification management and unit equipment provides the target of equipment repair, through the level third unit overhaul, the secondary unit maintenance and level first unit, thus sovled the problems of the line. At the same time, the passage has also set up the equipment change analysis file, provided the basis for the line overhaul through month, season, year disease tracking equipment.The exploration of repaired equipment science pattern is still continued. Wu Han bridge section has achieved initial success in production and management until October,2012, based on the method described in this passage. Sorting out the relationship among a series of the line maintenance management, and structuring the basic framework of science and repair system. It will provide a certain reference to realize scientific management of railway equipment.
