Air chamber have been used in the engineering that under the water for a certain times,however,it is just be restricted to the shore with conveying the prepared components,and is just in half theory-half experience state at present.There is still a great distance the classic economic result.Component prefabrication and installation is a very important and common used work in construction,and installation is much more difficult in which while harbors or other engineering that under the water are constructed.Installation style will play an important role in the engineering cost.As a resuit,there is a great sense in researching advanced,practical,efficiency installation technique.We have been paying a great attention in this issue and explored the technigue that about component carrying,component level conveying on land,component launching, component floating transportation and installation an so on based on the air chamber,which have a great difference with traditional installation. The development of this research will make a good sense in the large structural component installation,and gain a great benefit in underwater engineering.In addition,it can also react on component launching through slope,component float-conveying and installation according to the characteristics of the air chamber in construction.There is still littlt success and technique both in domestic and overseas, so,perfect construction will obtain active economic and society benefits, which will accelerate the underwater engineering technique development progress.
