In addition, the text combined to the safety system engineering method, establishes evaluation model using the fuzzy inference system, and uses the fuzzy tool box of the MATLAB software to realize the computerization of the model, offers the input/output interface. The model can evaluate quickly, momentarily and conveniently safety levels of road oneself. This evaluation system can provide the quantized basis for the policymakers and the responsible institutions of safety management in traffic supervising organs to evaluate road safety levels of road oneself.
