| This article that use GTM method and Marshall method separately carries on a comparing combination design of bituminous mixtures. On the basis of that, road performance of bituminous mixtures for two designed method have been experimental researched. It is obvious that bituminous mixtures designed with GTM is better.This article that make use of GTM working principle to supply the road structural designed method in the standard of bituminous road designed in force, so that the designed load, materials design and road structural design are organic combined, and also make the bituminous road structural designed method further perfect.On what has already been achieved, a proving road was paved by using GTM method, in order to test and verify the feasibility of this method. B y c hecking a nd observing the proving road, its good using performance can be easily seen.
