Study On The Planning Of Water Function Zones And Water Resources Conversation Of Hubei Province

The water is a very important natural resources of the human livelihood and the economic and social development .the problems of water shortage and the water pollution has become an important restricting factor to the sustainable economic and social development .water pollution problems are more serious with economic and social development in hubei province .it is necessary that we study on water social development in hubei province .it is necessary that we study on water resources conservation.The dissertation is concerned not only for the current status of development and of utilization of water resources , but also for the future demands of water resources for economic and social development, in hubei province , main area and the area where significant cities are located in was divided into different function zones. After definition of water function zones, the dissertation designed different water resources conservation objects on the basis of the difference water function zones, and obtained the pollutant capacity load of every function zone by application of water quality mathematic model considering main control pollutant , and provided pollutant controlling amount and declining pollutant discharge of every function zone in next years and long term .in order to realize sustainable water resources utilization and guarantee sustainable sustainable water resources utilization and guarantee sustainable economic and social development of hubei province , the dissertation recommended management measures of water resources conservation .
