Study Of Water Resources Comprehensive Planning In Lingbi

Water is not only an important part of the nature but also is what the human depend on for their existence and in their daily life. In the meanwhile, water is of economic value and practical value as water resources. Water resource is one of the most precious natural resources to the human’s existence and development and is also the material basis for the economic society and ecological environment. Occurrence of water resources and regulation situation will directly affect the development of social economy, the advancement of people’s living standards and the improvement of ecological environment.The allocation and use efficiency of water resources are important reflections of the economic development and the level of science and technology. The way of reasonable and effective utilization of water resources becomes an important factor of sustainable development.The analysis of water resources comprehensive planning of Lingbi County, combined with the problems of its present development, utilization of water resources and water resources management, will not only eases the intense relationship between supply and demand of the regional water resources, enhances the efficiency of the social economy, but also can provide a way to realize the sustained economic development based on the continuous water supply. It is of vital importance to the assurance of the economic development of Lingbi County.The paper is based on the research of Lingbi County. Firstly, it introduces the selected topic basis and the significance of the research and analyses the geographic condition and social economic conditions of Lingbi County. It selects 2013 as a benchmark year,2020 and 2030 as planning level years, and then it respectively analyses the rainfall, evaporation, evaluates the water quantity, predicts the demand of water,analyses the relationship between the supply and demand, allocates the water resources and also evaluates the water carrying capacity. Aimed to different research objectives, it chooses different research methods to simultaneously satisfy different design reliability.Results show that through the comprehensive study of the water resources in Lingbi County, we can know the condition of regional water resources quantity, quality, development and utilization conditions, and the space-time distribution characteristics and then conclude the relationship of supply and demand of the religion. It will have a certain practical significance in formulating the development and utilization of water resources layout and implementation plan, advancing the social and economic benefits, improving and protecting the ecological environment, easing the Lingbi County’s water problems and realizing the sustainable utilization of water resources nd sustainable economic and social development in Lingbi County.
