The Utilization Mode Of City's Law-quality Water And Its Economic Analysis

Water resource shortage is one of the main factors that limit the development of the cities in China and of the abroad. Under such circumstances, it is the critical measure that applies the reasonable utilization of water resources, to which the utilization of low-quality water is an important means. Based on the examples of the construction projects in new district of eastern Zhengzhou and campus areas, this paper, makes a deep research of low-quality water in the aspects of its market need, utilization mode, price, economic feasibility, etc., by making use of the domain knowledge of the water environment protection, water resource program, water economy, program evaluation, system engineering and so on. It has a preference function for the utilization of low-quality water in other cities, bearing important theoretical and practical meanings.The paper consists of seven chapters, and the chief substances of each chapter are shown as follows.The first chapter gives the conception of low-quality water utilization, sums up the present situation in both domestic and aboard cities, then points out the research content of low-quality water utilization.The second chapter introduces the general situation of water resource in Zhengzhou, and the development plan of new district of eastern Zhengzhou and the campus areas of Longzi Lake.The third chapter, based on the city water supply forecast method, with the example of practical situation of campus areas, it sets the water using objects and the ration of the low-quality water using, then forecasts the amount of low quality need.The forth chapter, combining with the practical situation of eastern Zhenzhou and campus areas, it advances the low-quality water utilization mode, through the research of the utilization mode of varied-quality water supply and low-quality water supply in home and aboard.The fifth chapter presents the value of the low-quality water, calculative method, influence factors and management rule, on the basis of the study of regular water price theory.The sixth chapter analyzes the common method in comparative economy evaluation, on the base of general theory of economic analysis in construction project, and then takes the analysis of the economic feasibility of the low quality water utilization.The seventh chapter makes a sum of the work in the paper, and points out the problems need to be further studied.
