Wuzhong is located in the central and northern Ningxia hui autonomous region,Yinchuan plain at the southern end of Ningxia along the yellow river city zone is the central region.Litong district is a municipal district of Wuzhong,is the seat of the municipal government,is the city's political,economic and cultural center,is a fortress with a long history of the ancient city.With the implementation of the strategy of Ningxia economic zone along the yellow river,the city scale of litong district is rapidly expanding,the area of urban built-up area is rapidly increasing,and the area of urban green space is also rapidly expanding.with the natural growth of population and the acceleration of the integration of urban and rural water supply,the water consumption in the radiation area of water supply network around the city is also rapidly increasing.Due to the shortage of water supply,the development of local economy and the improvement of people's living standards are restricted to a large extent.Looking for new water supply sources will become the top priority of the comprehensive construction of litong district in Wuzhong.Based on the comprehensive analysis of hydrogeological conditions in this research area.through the recharge method,the main recharge amount in the drawdown funnel formed by the water source under the mining conditions is 30.82 million m3 / d of lateral runoff,0.899 million m3 / d of excitation recharge of yellow river water,and 100.8 million m3 / d of vertical infiltration recharge under various conditions.the total recharge amount can reach 140.61 million m3 / d,indicating that the design recovery amount of 120,000 m3 / d of water source is feasible and reasonable,and the recharge source is guaranteed.Through GMS software simulation,the recharge and discharge of aquifer are 124.73 million m3 / d and 125.68 million m3 / d respectively under the current mining conditions,showing a weak negative equilibrium.Under the designed mining conditions,the recharge and discharge are 1739 million m3 / d and 17007 million m3 / d,respectively.according to the existing mining scheme,the water source area with 120000 m3 / d as the designed mining amount can completely meet the mining requirements under the planned mining conditions.On this basis,the groundwater quality in the study area is evaluated,and the solute mixing method is used to predict the total dissolved solids content of 0.616 g / l under the mining conditions,which meets the water supply requirements of < 1 g / l;Iron and manganese content after water quality mixing,respectively,0.371 mg / l and 0.281 mg / l,slightly more than the sanitary standard for drinking water(GB 5739-2006)(iron 0.3 mg / l or less,manganese 0.1 mg / l or less),therefore,it is suggested that after mixing substandard iron and manganese for residents to use after processing.In order to ensure the stability and reliability of water supply,water source protection should be strictly in accordance with the technical specification for the division of drinking water source protection areas(HJ / 338-2007).Two theoretical lines are proposed in this water source investigation: the first-level protected area and the red line of basic ecological protection,which can be used as a theoretical basis for local government departments to delimit protected areas on the spot.
