Along with the quick development of the computer technique and its applying, the Computer Aided Design( CAD) level has become a new standard of the engineering product nowadays, but how to melt this kind of the advanced engineering productivity into the booming hydro-design, exert the utmost computer's strong simulated designing function, reduce the work of the repetition, which is the key of the CAD technique applying to the hydroelectric industry.This paper applies the CAD technique in the design of sluices, using the Visual C++ terrace, C++ language and Object — oriented programming technique, develop the module piece development, has mainly obtained the following result:1, According to 《the concrete gravity dam design norm》 (DL5108-1999) and 《 the sluice design norm 》 ( SL265-2001), complete the CAD module development of object--oriented sluice pier' s design (including abutment-pier and seam-pier), includes three circumstances of the design work of the sluice pier, use the class to separate the data inputting and computing analysis, there is advantageous to the maintenance and the enlargement of the system;2,According to 《the sluice design norm》 (SL265-2001), develop and complete the CAD module development of object--oriented lock chamber' sstabilization. In the loch chamber stability CAD module piece, applies the modular which can constitute the many types of structure of lock chamber, adapt to stable calculation of different lock chamber; 3, Design the friendly interface, friendly interface is the basic request of the modern application software system, applies attribute frame to aim at many target of sluice pier ,proceeding with lamination;adopt modular' s Bitmap-button to complete a various choice of lock chamber,applies the combination frame to contain all facts which need to be verifiedoAt the end, system uses the graphs and forms to show the results clearlier, this method greatly predigests the designing interface, and definitudes the results at the same time.
