The connection of the hydraulic engineering and the river course biogeocenose is began at 70' in last century, which is attracted by the international science and technology field and become the hot topic in the entironment field. The scientist analyses the negative effect of the river course biogeocenosis because of building the hydraulic engineering from different point of view, the theory and the engineering practice is came into being, and the theory of Ecological-Hydraulic Engineering is emerged as the times require. Based on the collecting and studying different cases of ecological treatment of river course, the main content of this paper is studied as fowllows:The paper is divided into 6 parts: Firstly, the paper introduces the theory and the application of the Ecological-Hydraulic engineering in home land and outland and put forward the view of the repairing the river's ecosystem. Secondly, the historical evolvement and the principle of the Ecological-Hydraulic engineering is introduced, and it summarize the engineering theory of the Ecological-Hydraulic engineering and the point that the ecological theory should be used in the river course rehabilitation is put forward. Thirdly, based on the ecosystem of the river course, the ecological character and generic character is analyzed mainly, the service function of river course ecosystem is summarized, and based on the study of the menace that bring by the hydraulic engineering, the new engineering theory and technical countermeasure is brought forward to solve the problem that exist in the river course rehabilitate at present. Fourthly, based on the character of the river course ecosystem, the importance of the rehabilitation of the river course ecosystem is brought forward, and the basal thought, aim and principle the content and measure of rehabilitation of the river course is put forward based on the theory of the ecological rehabilitation of river. Fifthly, some groovy measures of the ecological river course is introduced, one is the Eco-dikes should be built; other is the rivers rich in nature should be build. According to several types of Eco-dikes, several methods of revetment is brought forward, and several important problems in the process of building Eco-dikes is discussed and summarized; and the rivers rich in nature is concluded and compared, and it introduce the method of building river rich in nature in detail too. Finally, after the endanger that bring by the building of the rigidity concrete isdiscussed and summarized, the thought of river rehabilitation of the yong-xin river in ningbo is introduced, which integrate the thought of the prevent or control flood and drain floods into the innovation of environment based on the premise of being satisfied with the standard of the prevent or control flood and drain floods in the design of the yong-xin river. And it provides some practices and experiences that the Eco- Hydraulic Engineering apply into the renovation of river.
