Temperature directly influences the quality of products,energy consumption and the life of equipment in the field of engineering development,production control and other industries,the measurement of which is use the sensor that developed by the relationship between certain physical properties and temperature.The background of the study on the method of fluid temperature measurement is based on the purpose to provide a set of high precision,high stability,and high reliability measurement system to meet the test of temperature measurement demand for liquid rocket engine.Analysis of pipeline environment,determined the most reasonable measuring method,according to the type of sensor,structure of the sensor and the corresponding signal conditioning circuit were desgined.During this project,the theoretical analysis was carried out with the thermal physical properties,flow parameters,velocity and pressure of the measured fluid,at last got the temperature gradient around the sensor.According to the principle of heat transfer and energy balance,established the mathematical model of temperature distribution in the pipeline,studied the change rule of temperature distribution with time,and the the stress field,temperature field calculation results are given,then analyzes the results,obtained the temperature sensor in the line of high reliability and high accuracy.Temperature measurement system which integrated with proper adjustment circuit,collector,software,were assessed by tests after calibrate and debug.The test results were consistent with the simulation results,and the test data was stable and reliable.
