The temperature is an important parameter, which can describe the hot and cold state ofthe object, and it is also a thermal parameter of high-heat treatment. Real-time and accuratetemperature field detection is an important means in the prevention of industrial accidents,high temperature measurement, low-carbon environmental and energy conservation. Most ofthe traditional high temperature measurement technology is contact measuring, which mostlyuses thermocouple sensor. However, due to the limitations of the measurement, thethermocouple can realize contact measurement in a point-to-point manner and the responsespeed is relatively slow, which can not meet the current industrial demand for hightemperature measurement. The technology of temperature filed measurement based on colorimage sensor is a new kind of thermometry technique, which gathers the technology of imagedetection, digital image processing and radiation thermometry in an organic whole. It notonly has the advantages of non-contact thermometry, but also has the rapid temperatureresponse, and it can give the specific distribution of the temperature field, which make itbecome a research hotspot in the field of high-temperature detection.According to the color image sensor, the technology of temperature measurement wasstudied in depth, and designed a dual-wavelength temperature measurement system based oncolor image sensor.The paper introduced the physical parameters and the basic laws of thermal radiationfirstly, and it analyzed the principles and method of radiation thermometry, the workingprinciple of color image sensor and the principle in the high-temperature test with colorimage sensor. And with the dual-wavelength thermometry method, the improvements to theexisting algorithm were proposed. The temperature measuring device of color image sensorwas built, and then, the software of image calibration and thermometry were designed,including flame calibration module, data processing module, image noise processing module, image segmentation module, two-dimensional temperature field calculation and displaymodule. Furthermore, radiation measuring scale method based on color image sensor wasstudied, and the calibration experiment system was carried out. And then, when it came toverifying the experiment of temperature measurement, there chose candle, alcohol blowtorchand thermocouple as experiment subjects. In the last of the paper, the error and uncertainty inthe results of temperature experimental were analyzed.
