Fieldbus was the advanced control technology which developed in the world at the end of 80's and the beginning of the 1990's in the 20th century, it is a foundation of the automatic control system in the 21st century. Its appearance and application make traditional automatic control system produce the great change, make the information of field grade devices become the foundation of the whole enterprise's information network , make information collection of enterprise extend to production scene and communicate between field control devices and upper supervising administrative levels. Directing against the governor accessory system of hydropower station of Gong BoXia in the article, we propose using the field bus of CC-Link to structure the accessory system of the governor .This work has realized the intention of monitor and control with information of the production scene. At the same time we make use of Modbus protocol to link up the connection between the production scene and control center of the hydropower station .We have realized the job of the unity of plan and control to dataflow of the governor of hydropower station, have improved the degree of the production automation. This paper is made up of 6 sections. In chapter 1, it has introduced field bus and its characteristic, has described the advantage of CC-Link. In chapter 2, it has introduced the hardware structure of CC-Link , introduced the communication between double PLC, introduced the setting of GX Developer software. In chapter 3, it has made an introduction to the program for control, described as following :the demand of the software ,the design of the data type and the data structure, software function block, operate interface, software flow. It has carried on detailed analysis to three pieces of key module of this software. In chapter 4, it has carried on testing and experiment to the system that we have developed, and has analysed the result of the experiment . In chapter 5,it has summarized the whole text and put forward the prospect.
