With the development of information science and technology, producing activities of enterprise are around with customers and trending to globalization and agility based on e-business platform. Through the platform, customers co-design and customize products they need. For catering to customers'demands, enterprises should enhance the management in two stages of product life cycle——product design and product distribution. Through strengthening collaboration with customers, enterprises could carry out rapidly product design and arrange convenient distribution according to customers'demands and distributing ability of itself. In thesis the research on the collaborative design with customers in product design process and distribution process is detailed introduced. In this article, a conception named customer collaborative design (CCD) is presented according to mass customization mode. It's content is about the feature of enterprises——customers collaborative design based on web and it's realization. It analyzed how to implement CRM and introduce QFD into customer co-design system, and then changed the customers'demands information into products family model. In enterprise——customer collaborative design process, a customer collaborative product design model is built up based on changing system and module collocation. The key technology of CCD based on web—distributed collaborative product design is deeply researched. Based on the above design framework, a co-design platform is constructed and implemented. It proved that these theories of CCD are viable. After having customized products, how distribute them to customers quickly and cheaply? In this thesis, a two-phase approach—"cluster first-route second approach"is presented, this hybrid algorithm adopts "cubage-weight balance algorithm"to decide vehicle loading of goods first, then designs an improved genetic algorithm (IGA) to optimize vehicle routing. The last part of thesis is the conclusion of research and anticipation of some future work needed.
