| This system was used to monitor the relative variety of muscle oxygen while men and women athletes were doing some exercises at different loads on power bicycle. At the same time, it still measured the blood lactic acid density of the subjects and their " individual lactic acid threshold ".The research result illustrated that with the change of the sport intensity. According to these parameters, we can conclude the correspondent blood oxygenation content to individual lactic acid threshold. The correspondent relation established the theoretical foundation for assessing the oxygen working ability of body and making the suitable intensity of aerobic endurance training. It is hopeful to provide a novel biology parameters and evaluation system in assessing the physical function of athlete and the physiology value of sports training effect. The monitor is made of two units. Unit one is Data Terminal for the measurement of relative changes of oxyhemoglobin, deoxyhemoglobin, and total hemoglobin concentrations and the wireless data transfer by GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) Data module. The probe size is 3cm by 9cm. The measurement and data transfer part is 6cm by 10cm. Unit two is Data Server Centre include Personal Computer for data receiving, data pre-processing, communication with Internet and software for real time data processing. Unit one can be easily carried on a belt. Measurement results are transferred wirelessly in real time. Measurements can be continuously performed anywhere and in any long time. The light source is a integration LED, three separated LED emitting at different wavelength (735nm, 805nm, 850nm)included, and are packed in one OP-18 shell. The three wavelengths were scanned one at a time and multiplexed together by a timing controller circuit. The light emitted by the laser diodes propagates through the tissue, part of this light is diffusely back-reflected. An optical detector collects the diffusely back-reflected light, conversion it to voltage signal, the source-detector distance was 3cm, thus the mean penetration would be over 1cm, After a A/D sample circuit, the MCU demultiplex, adding each wavelength different marker, then the separated signal were fed into the GPRS Data Terminal, through the wireless channel the data were send to the Internet, and only a personal computer could receive it from Internet through program. Through the experiment of in vitro model blood oxygen and the change of blood oxygenation content in tissue while the blood supply of forearm brachioradialis is blocked, it confirmed that the NIRS system we designed was featured by higher sensitivity, reliability and accuracy. We used the system to monitor the blood oxygenation content while men racing boat athletes and women runners are doing exercises under different physical loads. A result showed: it is fully feasible to determine the blood oxygenation content in skeletal muscle using the three wave-length portable near-infrared wireless blood oxygen monitor manufactured by ourselves. Through comparison and correlated analysis, we can draw a conclusion: it provided the novel biology monitoring technique and method. |
