The energy consumption in the construction industry is 28% of the total with the global warming, and the precentage of energy consumption will also rise because of the increase in building area. As the long-term heating period of the frigid zone in Qinghai, it is worthy of studying how to reduce the life costs and improve the housing comfort of farmers using solar energy resources, for the usual fuel can not burn fully with the low oxygen abundance and Qinghai is week in coal and petrolem. In order to get the scientific data, during the project of construction energy-saving using solar energy, the writer attempts to set up a data acquisition platform to collect the data remotely. Avoid the man-made factor, the system can alert by e-mail in case of stoppage to improve the data quality and keep effectiveness.The papers talks about in details how to communicate between PC and the collector using MODBUS based on hard and soft ware needed inthe platform. As the wide usage of GPRS in Qing-Zang area, the project ueses GPRS network to transmite the data. The data can meet the needs of construction energy-saving by test. During the study, the system can finally collect the data automatically, transmite the data duly, abd serve on-line through the system analysis, the hare and soft ware building and the data collection using software engineering waterfall model.
