As the important physiology and biochemistry indexes, the parameters of the blood and oxygen of human muscle have been used widely in the fields of sport physiology, clinical medicine and real-time monitor to detect and assess the state of human being's body, so it has the important meaning. For the requirement of actual applications, my article presented the project of digital, intelligent and miniaturizing detection system and developed a portable measurement system for muscle oxygenation. The detection signal was denoised by the wavelet to make the measured data more stable and accurate. This project was described in four parts mainly: the first part introduced the theory of near infrared(NIR) and the characteristic of light transmission in tissue. The arithmetic was deduced based on the theory; the second part mainly analysised kernel theory ofμC/OS-II, introduced the transplantation and the improvement ofμC/OS-II for S3C44B0X processor and carried out the transplantation test. The third part expounded in detail how removed the noise by wavelet and applied it to muscle oxygenation signals. The last part was composed of hardware part and software. It introduced the selection of S3C44B0X processor, lcd module and FLASH, described the design of hardware system module in hardware part. It amplified the design of the system subprograms and main program, explained the starting procedure of the system and presented the process of the program in hardware.By the above research, the wavelet denoise of muscle oxygenation signals made the signals more accurate ; the transplantation ofμC/OS-II and the application of ARM made the system more stable and more intelligent.
