Traditional methods for measuring capacitive phase-to-earth current in distributionnetwork which has been analyzed in this paper, their drawbacks are presented also. Analyzingthoroughly the methods for measuring capacitive phase-to-earth current by injecting signals, itis laid a strong emphases on the reasonable improvement of measure methods for capacitivephase-to-earth current by injecting fixed frequency signals, on the foundation of traditionalmethods existing. The design of hardware and software of single chip system has beencompleted, taking ADuC831BS chip as its core, which has been debugged in the lab. Then thedevice for measuring capacitive phase-to-earth current accomplished the imitate experimentto obtain its results in this paper. According to the analysis of experimental results, itmanifests the credibility and superiority of measure device for capacitive phase-to-earthcurrent by injecting frequency fixed signals. Finally, setting out from the measure theory ofmeasure device for capacitive phase-to-earth current, this paper analyzed the existing problemprobably while measuring actually and put forward the solution to the corresponding problem.
