But the phenomenon that the culvert is destroyed by improper design and construction occurs occasionally, some culvert is push down and destroy for the soil press is not take into account plenty that lead to the madequate intensity of culvert . By licale investigate on operate there are 63. 5% culvert appears crack, there are 70% is portrait crack ; In addition,some culvert has not been used in gear for the excessive sedimentation by unequal portrait.
