| The CFBB(Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler) technology is the international burning one that is efficient and low contaminative in the near future. It is the best combustion equipment because it has advantages of broad fuel adaptability, good burthen regulation, easyly integrative using cinder. In our country, this technology is not prevalent, there are not enough technical experience and data for reference, so the technologic parameter design and capability of desulfuration are not sound, the specialty of efficient desulfuration is not exerted in CFBB.Contraposing above problems, this paper aimed at analysing the present situation of desulfuration in CFBB, expatiating its structure and combustion process, discussing desulfuration theory, probing into influence factors of desulfuration, combining with fact to present the method of technologic designing and analysis result of performance test. This paper is divided into six chapters:In the first section, the present situation of desulfuration and existent problems about CFBB were summarized, the study content and means were introduced.In the second section, the structure , work theory and combustion process of CFBB were presented.In the third section, desulfuration technical principle of CFBB was discussed.Both burning and desulfuration process of CFBB are complex, in which there are many influence factors of desulfuration efficiency, including Ca/s, Bed temperature, limestone granularity and so on . In the fourth section, above ones were introduced.In the fifth section, combining with desulfuration practice of YG-75/5.29—M5 CFBB in Fuxin Shengming Heat-Electricity Company, this paper presented the technologic design methods, carried through experiment research and analysis for desulfuration capability.In the last section, the whole paper's conclusion was presented.The research result has reference significance for availably directing actual desulfuration work of CFBB in our country.
