| With the development of river cascade hydroelectric stations and embedment of electric system reform, electric network manage mode will be formed. In this new state, it is a key problem that how to develop the optimal dispatching of Wujiang river cascade hydroelectric stations. Combined with the practical situation, the problems of united dispatching of reservoir system in Wujiang river is studied deeply in this paper by using the theory and method of system science, the objective function and method of reservoir system optimal operation is purposed, the power generation scheme of 2005 year is made to instruct the operation of cascade reservoirs. The main research contents and results are as follows:(1) The year-end level of Hongjiadu reservoir is studied by stepwise regression analysis, stepwise regression analysis-back propagation network and stepwise regression analysis-genetic programming. The results show that the accuracy of SRA-GP method is satisfied and the method is applied to make the long-mid term optimal dispatching plan of Wujiang cascade power stations;(2) According as the characteristic and request of the long-mid term optimal dispatching and the made of power generation scheme of hydroelectric stations, maximizing energy output and energy storage models are built, and the conditions are pointed out: maximizing energy output model is applied to make the power generation plan, energy storage model is applied to carry out the request of power grid.(3) Based on integrative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of optimal dispatching methods, the hybrid DP method and the large-scale system decomposition -coordination method which are used for the maximizing power output model, and the fast distribution and method and the dynamic search method which are used for the maximizing energy storage model are put forward.
