Study Of Measuring The Plane System Based On Laser Plane

The purpose of studying this project is that as the benchmark plane the laser planethat is produced through cylindrical lens can be used to measure minutely based onthe stability of the laser plane.As the benchmark plane the laser plane has been applied in much field such asproject measurement, leveling up the field, measuring the velocity of bullets andshells. The basic research about the laser plane is very significative.A new measurement method is produced based on the work theory of the laserplane with combining modern sensor technology with modern digital signal processtechnology, different from the produced plane by scanning the laser. The principle iseasy, its structure is compact, and it is implemented expediently. The project hasachieved the production of laser plane, the design of opti-electronic receiver and thedata acquisition and data processing system based MCU. It is proved through theexperiment that the uncertainty of the system is smaller than 0.003mm, the resolutionof it is smaller than 0.005mm and the system has the good stability.The work of project includes three parts.1. Through the theory of laser plane based on cylindrical lens the laser plane isproduced as the benchmark plane by use of the semiconductor laser, the collimationlens and cylindrical lens.2. The signal of laser plane is received by S3931-PSD produced by Hamamatsu.Have accomplished the design of the process circuit of the PSD signal.3. The design of data acquisition and data processing system. Using the moderndigital signal process technology, we have designed the hardware and the softwaresystem with MCU for the data acquisition and processing.The features in the project are:A. The measuring system of laser plane is produced based on cylindrical lens.B. The PSD is used as the receiver because of the character of the resolution andresponse.C. The system is combined with MCU, so the system circuit becomes simple.
