The Research Of Plane Shape And Face Measurement Technology Based On Laser Tracking Principle

Recently, due to the rapid development of the industry, the demand of the large size measurement, especailly the product of aerospace industry is increasing. The large size measurement needs the highest and the latest measurement technology and devices.This paper refers to many materials and analyzes the domestic and aborad advanced experience, does some innovative research on the measurement of complex-shaped plane, puts forward the laser tracking measurement technology. Moreover, this paper not only designs a measurement scheme about the plane horizontal survey and 3D pattern measurement, but also realizes the high efficient and high-class 3D parttern measurement. At last, this paper makes a technical analysis and a error analysis of laser tracking measurement system and very helpful for accomplishment of project.
