Study About Production Scale Of Construction Corporation's Mechanized Production In High Grade Road Surface Projects

According to the experience demand of construction corporations'mechanizedproduction in road projects, the paper proves the feasibility and necessity of studyingthe scale of production project in high grade road surface projects on the base ofwidely studying and analyzing basic materials. Taking advantage of technologyeconomic analyses and the principle of scale economy and using the research resultsof the industrial corporations for reference, the paper sets up the mathematical modelof the economic radius of decision-making, limited transportation distance andeccentric construction sector, and puts forward the general method of decision-makingin mechanized project's production scale.Though studying and analysis, the paper concludes that a constructioncorporation's rational contract scale of a high grade road surface project is determinedby rational contract sector of the project, and the decision-making of rational contractsector depends on the transportation expenses of material and the constructionexpenses of mixing plant for bituminous mixture. The economic radius of rationalmixing plant for bituminous mixture, the limited transportation distance and theeccentric construction sector should be rational in order to make these expenses andthe costs of project lowest. The paper also analyzes the assignment of rationalconstruction sector under two kinds of situations—to take the effect of the mix plantsinto account and not to. Under the situation of considering the mix plants, the papersufficiently studies the method of arranging the mix plants, of calculating theeconomic radius and eccentric construction sector, and of determining theconstruction sector and the best production scale. Through studying the essence of itseconomics and relationship, the paper determines how to reach a rational scale ofproject production and on the base of further analyzing its economic factors, the paperfinds the basic way of determining the best scale of project production.In addition, the paper deeply appraises and analyses the theoretical results ofconstruction sector scale, contraction scale and production scale through quoting theinstances of bituminous concrete road pavement, durability of concrete roadpre-pavement and cement concrete pavement in the high grade road surface project.These theoretical results are helpful to the construction corporations, and to guidetheir production management and the decision-making of machinery disposing.
