The paper which is based on the practicality of our country's freeway construction at present and the need of freeway net's heavy repair, integrality calculates the maintain expenses of whole freeway net, brings forward the way of solving the freeway net's mixing sites which is not a discrete or a continuous multiple source location problem. The paper which is based on the former research of the problem. mostly considers four key factors whose influence to the maintain cost of freeway net is the most great, the four factors are the cost of setting the mixing sites, the cost of concrete transportation, the cost of raw materials transportation and the price of materials, using basic theory such as the graph theory, the network theory, puts forward several models of the mixing sites location problems, which arc the mixing sites location problem without considering the address of materials sites, if the capacity of the materials sites is infinity, if the capacity of the materials.sites is finity, if the prices of materials at differ materials sites are not the same and if the total quantity of materials in the region is not enough for several heavy repairs.On the basis of this, combining with the principles of scale economy, it comes up with the way and the process to the configure the throughput of the freeway pavement's heavy repairs and calculate the economy and technology target...
