Drought isbadly restricting the improving of entironment and the development of economy inTianjin.In order to solving the embarrassment of water scarcity, the measures that make theflood into resource by rational flood control will be particularly thought over in theresearching project. In the flood travel safely instance, synthesizing analysis each river'sdata,calculating by mathematics model, regulating water resource rightly from one riverto other rivers.Central results as follows:(1) Regulating flood and rain almost in Yuqiao reservoir in Jinyun river watersystem. Affected by shanxiatun gate,the max flood charge of zhouhe river is250m3/s.when water lever reaches 9.0 meter, conveyance capacity of river channel fromjiuwangzhuang to mayingqiao is no more than 100m3/s.(2)when yuqiao reservoir rains and zhouhe river hasn't storm drainage, the maxcharge from yuqiao reservoir is 200m3/s;when yuqiao reservoir rains and zhouhe riverhas storm drainage and juhe river floods, the max charge from yuqiao reservoir is150m3/s;when jiuwangzhuang water lever less than 8.5 meter, zhouhe river dike all is upto the mustard, 1.0 meter higher the request height.(3) when 30 charge from yuqiao reservoir to south of tianjin,all river dike expect thepart of zhonghong river primary riverway and xihe river is up to the mustard.(4) by analysing,the economic benefit reaches 29,000,000 RMB that is produced byregulating the flood.So emigration from yuqiao reservoir should be resoled in no time.(5) Example: Beiyunhe river,by calculating, when 30 charge from yuqiao reservoirto south of tianjin,all river dike expect the part of zhonghong river primary riverway andxihe river is up to the mustard.
