The concrete, one of the maximal building materials, is widely used in the engineering such as industrial and civil, water conservancy, transportation, urban construction and so on. The research, prevention and disposal of concrete crack is a long-term topic. It is necessary to analyze and discuss the cause of the concrete crack. In order to take efficiently measure to restrain the concrete cracks to hameful direction, it is supposed to patching the shaped cracks at the same time. The concrete road engineering was often affected by unsoundness such as cavitation, imperfect border, cracks. AND the cracks are the main unsoundness. These unsoundnesss not merely affect the appearance of the pavement, but also the comfortableness and security of driving. The research on the concrete pavement is so significant in practice.Based on investigation of the concrete pavement which is open in Chengdu, laboratory tests are carried on according to the requests of the fast and ordinary patching of the concrete pavement. The fast patching is to deal with concrete pavement which traffic is open, and the latter aims at the building concrete to avoiding patching after the traffic is open. The research used materials are fast patching concrete,ordinary patching concrete and polymer mortar。The testing result indicates: (1) the mechanics properties of the patched concrete has surpassed the rank of C30 concrete. Specially, the axial tensile strength of the interface of the new and old concrete has reached above 2.40MPa, greatly surpassing the preconcert goal (>1.0MPa), and its flexural strength also above 5.80MPa, having surpassed the preconcert target and the standard request (≥4.50MPa). (2) After hardening 4h and 8h the compressive strength of the patched concrete is bigger than 20 MPa, which can satisfy the request of fast patching. (3) the YCH color material, which is mixed into rapid sulfoaluminate cement-concrete patching material, can take better effect and avoid chromatism on the appearance of new-old concrete.At the same time, according to the related temperature stress theory and the related material constant which provides previously, the temperature stress is calculated. At last in actual project carring on the ordinary and fast patching concrete fieldwork test, polymer mortar patching fieldwork test and grouting patching.
