Study On The Forming Mechanism And Patching Technology Of Cracks In Highway Pavement

This paper primary will study the forming mechanism and the patching technology of cracks. In order to Provide Scientific and Sufficient theoretical basis for the actual construction, it will analyze the reasons for crack formation, and patching techniques logically.The article will explain the main causes of crack formation based on the investigation of common diseases in He Nan. Meanwhile, combined with the shape and characteristics of cracks, it will classify the cracks meticulously and thoroughly. This theory will point out the root cause of cracks by analyzing the force of the road. Simultaneously, it will research on five key forms of the cracks. In addition to this, it aims at mastering the formation mechanism of cracks to preventive maintenance on the road ahead and improving the life of the road.This paper will discuss the timing of patching cracks, then, it will obtain the best time for crack repair on the basis of the climatic characteristics in He Nan Province. The thesis will describe several traditional techniques of crack repair, show the structural design of slotted pouring notch and indicates that the construction of the best form in the construction. The theory about pouring with liquid materials of High permeability and materials of Silicone Weathering Sealant is considered, gives the ratio of the parameters of these two technologies, even studies their construction procedures and device comprehensively. According to the highway maintenance in He Nan, the construction cost of these two technologies also will be analyzed objectively for the purpose of offering guidance for the actual construction.By comparing the traditional grouting techniques and new technology about polymer grouting, the operating principle and construction technical data of the latter will be probed. Apart form this; the construction procedures of polymer grouting will be investigated in detail, besides, the cost analysis of the technology will be given out in the hope of guaranteeing constructive quality and reducing the cost as much as possible.The passage also will analyze the patching technology of cracks, shows each sphere of application generalizes their advantages and disadvantages.
