In our country,ordinary cement pavement using effect is not very good, mainly displays in the comfort of driving is poorer, the early damage phenomenon is common, etc. so the current domestic high-grade highways pavement with asphalt pavement is given priority to, lower and lower proportion of cement pavement, this trend clearly do not tally with the national conditions of our country. In this case, on the one hand, people should study the ordinary cement pavement design and construction technology, on the other hand also should strengthen the study of new cement pavement structure.Continuously reinforced concrete pavement(CRCP), it is equipped with longitudinal continuous reinforcement in concrete pavement, construction without transverse joint, therefore the driving comfort good, large carrying capacity, long service life, less maintenance costs, is a veritable " durable pavement”. In order to establish a structure design method of CRCP,and in order to enrich CRCP structure design theory. In this paper, through the investigation of Shanxi Province has built in CRCP crack occurrence, analysis of characteristics of the cracks, summed up the crack law of CRCP, So as to guide the selection of pavement parameters in the design process,and through the study of selecting parameters of the pavement reinforcement ratio, concrete pavement thickness, bottom constraints, parameters such as elastic modulus, tensile strength affect the performance of CRCP cracking, select the reasonable design parameters, and put forward reasonable solution; By studying the steel bar welded mesh barrier to vibration, put forward reasonable CRCP construction technique.Through the investigation and research, theoretical analysis and engineering entity authentication, found that when the design should improve the transverse reinforcement ratio, and it can effectively improve the ability to resist load, reduce the thrust destroy by use the "small spacing, small diameter" form of reinforcement, encryption transverse reinforcement; In the end slip CRCP structure, use the Seal or pad of plate bottom drag reduction, reduce the bottom constraints, can obtain both ends of rather there is no crack in length and the central crack is less, and the effect of the crack width narrow; In practical engineering application, can through a variety of ways to decrease the temperature of the benchmark, so as to reduce the stress of concrete, maximum width and steel bar stress. Through the study in this paper, can provide support to solve the durability of pavement,especially support construction of extra-long tunnel pavement problems.Build safety durability of tunnel pavement, avoiding the ordinary cement pavement damage is serious, and maintenance of traffic control and the asphalt pavement such as secondary combustion after fire safety hidden trouble, it has significant social and economic benefits.
