As one of the core parts of aeronautic engine, turbine blade has increasingly complicated inner structure, which exceedingly obstacles the parting design of precise casting mould of turbine blade.Based on available materials of parting design, aiming at the specialty of parting design's intense dependence of experience, through the analysis of conventional manual parting design's process, this dissertation has finished the construction of the parting designing system of turbo blade mould on the case-based reasoning. The primary accomplishments are as following:1. Research on Knowledge Abstraction of Parting Design and Case Description:The knowledge abstraction of parting design, expression of parting design knowledge and case expression of parting design knowledge.2. Research on Construction Method and Administration Technology of Parting Design's Case Library: Storage pattern of cases, search algorithm of analogical cases and organization pattern of case library's structure.3. Research on Modification and Brand New Design Methods of Oriented Parting Design's Scheme: Application of section mean line's generation method, recognition technology of ceramic core's mean line, research on auto generation technology of parting design's scheme, research on parting design method of 3D solid object.4. Realization and Testing of Software System: Development of prototype software system of parting design scheme, testing of typical instances.This system endows the parting design process with intelligentizing. processing and parameterizing, enormously decreases the parting design's difficulty and dependence on experience, and promotes the design efficiency. Finally system's running instances are brought forward, which presents that this system can improve the efficiency and reduce the design difficulty of design.
