| This paper regards actual demand of enterprise as the starting point and regards platform for cabin's suspension design of commercial vehicle as the research object, carries on research to the whole develope processes. The development of the platform has not only offered the advanced design tool for enterprise but also improved the design efficiency for cabin's suspension.Firstly, this paper describes the current situation of utilizing the common software system to carry on special-purpose software development both in domestic and abroad, carries on research to the development based on software secondary development of CAD/CAE. Combines the project requirements, regards software development as bus, analysis all-round demands for designing platform, and confirms design demand, function demand, theory demand and other demand of the platform clearly. Designs dataflows of platform in function level and carries on detailed research to the data in the operation course of the platform at the same time.Subsequently, the paper carries on detailed research to the overall design process. In process, confirms the development way of the platform and support software system at first, and then, designs system architecture, basic founction model and basic function modules of the platform and makes a concrete analysis to the function module, provides the operation procedure of platform.According to the demand of enterprise, designing platform adopts the parameter modeling method to set up simulation model of cabin's suspension. For this reason, the paper carries on concrete research and parameter select of designing platform from parameter design theory, parameter design method and ADAMS parameter design method separately, basic demand of parameter choosing is gived in this paper. Then whole parameters are divided into two type, physics parameters and application parameters, and application parameters are subdivided.Afterwards, this paper researches how to design the platform concretly, designs the menu, dialog and function modules, and provides the realization codes of some functions. Finally, utilizes the design platform to design a typical cabin's suspension of commercial vehicle. After several experiments, the result indicates that the platform runs steadily, the result fulfills requirements. The platform offers an effective design tool for enterprise.The research of this paper has not merely offered an advanced tool for enterprise, solved the problem of enterprise, at the same time, it provided a kind of feasible thinking to the secondary development researches based on CAD/CAE software. It is a good reference that can be studied as the similar problem. |
