With the vigorous development of China’s economy, China’s automobile industry is also undergoing tremendous change, increasingly large size of the market, more and more mature car culture. At the same time, the problems caused by cars are increasingly attracting attention, such as air pollution, vehicle safety issues, and environmental pollution. Among these issues, people pay attention to the issue by the roll. When tipper lifting rollover will not only endanger the personal safety of the operator, it can also cause huge economic losses. To this end, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology released in 2010 QC/T 222-2010 "Dump Truck General technical conditions" requires "dump truck carrying compartment under the lift state of working conditions should be accompanied by sound or light alarms means."At the same time, domestic and foreign scholars do a lot of research on this problem, but the use of virtual prototyping technology to study the ability of anti-rollover multibody dynamics simulation of dump truck lifting conditions are not many. In this paper, a mathematical model in the study for lifting working conditions, the basis of its analysis of the important factors to ADAMS software platform, combined with its own structure reminding dump truck, dump truck designed for lifting a working condition stability of the active simulation software, and a dump truck, for example, to calculate the actual vehicle data analysis and comparison of the simulation module to verify the accuracy of the given software simulation calculations.Actual results show that the use of the software can realize the man-machine interactive dump truck automatic modeling, simulation and automatic optimization function. The simulation process is very fast. A reference design and simulation for dump truck design is provided.
