Therefore, accurate, quick, effective tested the automobile working performance is very important. The traditional testing method has so low accuracy of measurement and slow detection speed and it can't adapt the requirement of modern industry produce. This article combines a fuel pump assembling line item of an automobile factory and research the fuel inlet performance on automobile fuel pump: At last, we excogitate the testing system of automobile fuel pump performance based on vacuum method and work out the testing bed. At the same time, we apply China patent of invention, the apply number is 200510018657.1. This new type equipment and method not only adapted the automobile assemble but also satisfied the testing requirement and get over the abuse of the traditional testing method.This thesis mostly do the following research work: We deeply research the fuel pump structure and style, theoretical analyses and research the working characteristic of the fuel pump in liquid and gas. First lodge a new way, we can utilize the air pressure sensor which can measure the vacuum when the fuel pump worked in the air. The fuel pump fuel inlet performance was decided by the vacuum method. So the vacuum method can replace the traditional testing method that method uses a flow sensor to test the performance of fuel pump.On the basis of research, we work out the testing bed which can satisfy the automation product line testing. The testing bed exploitation mostly girdles the vacuum measure. In the precondition of the vacuum measure, the measurement of voltage, electric current and rotation speed and all the sensors setting and safeguard also should be considered. Because the testing bed used in product line, we also should consider the workers operation requirement.At the same time, the circuit of the testing bed must assure the working precision and reliability. The circuits of the testing bed include all the sensors select, the sensors regulator circuit design, the filter circuit design, the digital display watch design, the A/D card design, the relay module design.We take Visual C++ 6.0 as development instrument, which utilize design philosophy of object oriented programming(OOP) .We developed the entire software by VC++ 6.0 under Windows operating system. Its friendly graphic user interface,flexible operating manner, and powerful data processing function. Clicking start test key-press on control interface, system will read the data in specific port of A/D card by run related function of VC++ and realize the data collecting. At the same time, system can send order to specific port of A/D card to control the peripheral equipment. The software will process collected data and show corresponding curve on screen, produce and print the test report.According to the collection measure data, we analyze the fuel inlet performance on automobile fuel pump and want to establish a suit testing standard based on vacuum method at last. |
