Since the conditions of the less-people attended or unattended power substations are explicit responsibility and labor division at all levels of automatic systems and reasonable information flow to lighten dispatcher's burden, we decide to establish centralized control system of HOHHOT ADMINISTRITION OF POWER SUPPLY in reply to the actual concrete requirement of HOHHOT ADMINISTRITION OF POWER SUPPLY power network,. The design of the system points to a large relational database integrated with effective real-time database based upon computer network. The system's contents and production is as follows:1. Overall development project of the centralized control system is designed in the paper while introducing the characteristics of the system's software and hardware and the international standard abided by.2. CC2000 software platform of centralized control system (RTE) as well as real-time database system software (RTDB) is carefully designed and the latter one is interactive interface developed with JAVA supports graphic database integrative technology.3. Open and Object-Oriented application kernel SCAD A is developed in the paper.In the end, the paper summarizes the prospective benefits of the centralized control station and the outlook of the further work.
